For instance, you may make a donation using the website or mail a check. You may interact with the www.zacharyhortonfoundation.org website to sign up for the mailing list, to register for an event, request a scholarship or to share or request information. This Statement of Privacy applies to all interactions with the Zachary Horton Foundation and governs data collection and usage. Personal Information requested on the Scholarship Application
If you register for an event and/or purchase a logo item, the Zachary Horton Foundation will collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you (a) sign up for the mailing list; (b) make a donation; (c) register for an event; (d) request a scholarship; (e) share or request information; (f) send the Foundation an email message; (g) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and/or purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The Zachary Horton Foundation collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
The Zachary Horton Foundation may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Zachary Horton Foundation and its affiliates.

Right to Deletion
